| GAME COMMISSION KILLS DOMESTIC BEAR CUB | |
| Betsy Ann, A domestic Black bear was confiscated and killed
as a result
of a botched raid by the Pa Game commission and The Butler county humane
society on May 14, 2002 The owners home was entered and searched
without warrant or probable cause. The bear, who was legally purchased at an
auction in Ohio, had USDA paper's which were also seized. On May 14, 2002 . The PGC took the cub and killed it, even though they told everyone they wouldn't. |
