could anyone post this on their Facebook, or whatever they have for media. It is for Lucy (my beagle) She is totally blind from cataracts in both eyes. She can get surgery, but, it cost $1000.00 per eye. Even if I got one eye done, it is better than nothing at all.

Re: Help! Kaiser wont eat!

I got some chicken broth (low salt) and heated up his food with a little of the broth in it. He seemed to like it alot, but still not his normal amount consumed.

Any time its anything yummy (i.e. human food like peppridge farm goldfish, oranges, bananas, tomato sauce, ect) he is like OHBOYOHBOYOHBOY. he just doesnt seem to want to eat his normal food. I was hoping to find a relatively heal...

Help! Kaiser wont eat!

Hey guys, I really need some ideas. Kaiser just doesn't seem to like to eat much. He has been 95lbs for a while and getting thinner and thinner as he continues to grow. He will eat randomly when he feels like it (sometimes going 24hr+ without touching food), but when he does eat, he ususally will on...

Re: Do you think Dogs are overrated as pets?

I do know I love my dogs. One of the few animals that will sacrifice itself to protect or save it's owner, and it is not an outlier but how they are wired. They love us no matter how grumpy we are after work (or I swear more due to it). They literally are the only animal to look at humans in the sam...

Re: Breeders for River Otters

Very interesting. I had never even thought of owning an otter before... I always thought they were adorable, but...

Gah, this board is terrible in some ways! I started out thinking "I just want a fox"
Now I want Foxes, exotic cats, wolfdogs, otters, *goes on for an hour*

Re: Does anybody own a seal or sealion?

Hrm, so that means leopard seals are allowable?

I know it would likely be unfair to the animal (and deadly to me) but...

That sounds like it would be an interesting job, I am surprised only females work at the institute.

Never knew they were trained for service dogs, but that is interesting.

I still hope one day someone breeds wargs! I want to ride wargs, not horses. I know, I am strange.

Re: Alaskan Noble Companion Dog

Well, someone explain the niche of a chihuahua and other rat dogs? All I can figure is their niche is being horrid little demon rats! (Im not biased against tiny... 'dogs' at all *cough*)
