Spayed female nesting

Have any of you with spayed females ever have their raccoons nest and act like they had babies? Hank is 3 years as of Sept. A year ago, we went through this. Vet told me to find her something small like her babies would be and give it to her, it worked. This went on for about a week. All of sudden, ...

Concerned & Worried

I'm not sure where to begin. I was diagnosed recently with Lyme disease. I guess my question would be, should I have all my animals tested for Lyme also? The other question, I do not worm Hank every month. I was only going to worm her every 6 months. Should I be concerned now that I have Lyme. I jus...

Re: Dental/biting

Thank you for all the suggestions. I will definitely try some of the new ones I saw. I have no intentions of ever declawing her. The only reason I wondered about the filing down of the teeth because of the severity of her biting. I did talk to the vet who files down the teeth. He said, It's not pain...

Two current issues

Hi everybody. I have a couple of questions. 1.Hank's nose has been runny for about a week? She doesn't appear sick otherwise. Could she be getting sick? 2. Hanks biting has really gotten severe. I have tried ever suggestion I have seen and I have been consistent with her. She's very smart because sh...
