Re: Post here for food and snack ideas

You guys' have websites with your foxes? I LOVE Sion's color; I think more than the red variety. I like Gizmo's new icon picture too. You guys feed your foxes anything live? Maybe not like mice, rabbits or chicks, but something lower on the food chain like live pond fish or something. I have this tr...

Re: Lion love

OMG, I love the blonde ones!

Did anyone see that study for female lions selecting darker manes over lighter ones? The lighter mane made the lions look too young and inexperienced so they had a lower chance of winning over a lioness.

Re:

This was really sad and negligent. I have never heard of a burmese python being able to easily open a securely locked enclosure. Apparently, didn't they let it have free roam? yep, I agree, it was very sad and neglgent. my guess would be the snake was left to roam, or , the cage it was kept in, was...

Re: The truth about the python problem

Wow, that is very interesting. I had no idea that CB snakes would have such trouble getting back to the wild. I thought they had stronger instincts than say a dog or cat.

Won't be letting my WC baby alligator lizard back out ever. .(actually I'm looking for another as a cagemate)

Re: Fox attack?!

it is pretty rare that a fox attacks. however, one time, I did see a video clip of a wild fox attacking some guy. (can't remember where it was) they did get the fox, and it had rabies. but, this all happened outside. but, it just does sound strange, that a fox would break into someones home and tar...

Re: At least Something on the news against PETA.

go ask the victims of Hurricane Katrina where their loving pooch is now.. PETA swept through that hurricane site, snatched up every dog and cat they found and euthanzied it be it healthy or no, did not even give the families time or a chance to find their beloved 4 legged family member, they actual...

Re:

You would need to control the media. Animal Planet started that way and used to have fair shows but then got taken over by AR in part because that sells(showing lots of abused animals and now the anti-exotic pet mini series coming up as examples). They used to have shows following a breeder and pet...
