Re: New user.

I don't think I need to make an email account I'll use to get a few questions answered and then never use it.

Re: New user.

I don't have an email account, and this is just temporary, as I have questions about foxes.
The first nevlaar'll come back.

Getting previously owned fox

I wanted to ask about this because I heard it would hate you or something because it wouldn't have gotten used to humans. I know foxes wouldn't get attached to humans so maybe I could get kind of a head start because it wouldn't miss it's owner:shrug: maybe it would gradually get to know me? It coul...

New user.

The person (Gracie's owner) that originally had this profile left it and gave it to me so I can get pet advice. I'm the owner of a lab/great dane cross and a cat. Just wanted to say that.

Re: Dog breed help

No, I don't have them, but I worked with them, not anymore as they're more interested in my neighbor's dog than their job.

Re: Dominance issues?

Sorry my initial question sounds so moronic in the way it's worded.
So the hair–pulling is a good thing then?
My house is virtually empty, so the glasses are all she can steal along with silverware and game controllers : )

Re: Dominance issues?

And by "dominance thing I don't mean her asserting dominance, I'm asking wether she thinks she's dominant so she thinks it's okay.

Dominance issues?

My fox Gracie is always on the back of the couches whenever I'm on there. She always comes over to where my head is and pulls my hair with her teeth. She also grabs my glasses and hides them in her den. Is this a dominance thing? How can I make her stop?

Re: Dog breed help

Thanks guys for the suggestions. I wouldn't have a problem with training, but leaving the property could be a problem. Iv'e developed a system with a dog called a "Kooikerhondje" to help keep the animals in, but they LOVE to wander off, and once they get out, they don't listen to a word yo...

Re: Temperament help

Okay thanks. You've actually answered both my questions.
I understand they don't love you the way dogs do, but they still love you right? Gracie doesn't really show any distinguishable emotion other than playful and hungry.
