I hope it's okay for me to bump. I'd love an African Grey-beautiful & intelligent birds. I can't realistically afford one, nor could I even care for one, hardly. On a more surprising note- I would love rats. But the wifey is terrified of them. Had a bad experience with them when she was younger....

I wouldn't even recommend fennec foxes. They are rather skittish and don't like closed environments. It's why they tend to be behavioral.
