The last word is that they make too big a deal out of it. Around the same time a child was mauled in the face by a loose pit bull dog, it didn't make national news. Many people have had that sort of thing happen because of dogs. The first lady to get a face transplant needed it due to a dog. We hav...

I'll have to disagree will y'all on this one :) I think llamas can make great pets. My family has raised llamas for over 12 years and we just love them. Until last year we maintaned a herd of around 70. They can be very sweet and friendly. Some of them are standoffish but when messed with from a you...

Just so you know, IFAW is an animal welfare group " animal rights", and they want to take away our right s to own these wonderful animals. So I would be careful about giving my money to them.

We have a herd of around 10 muntjac and we have never had any agression problems with the bucks, they don't go into a heavy rut like some other deer. I saw you mentioned Sable antelope, they have a very nasty attitude and will kill other animals thought the fence, I have seen it happen. Scimintar or...

Well. that depends on what you mean by house. Do you mean house as in the Monkeys cage or house as in your home you live in? It would aslo depend on if the males are intact or fixed. Each Capuchin we have has a personality of their own, so it is difficult to give an awnser without more info.

I wouldn't totally rule out Sulcattas. We live in MO and have two of them. They spend the summer outside and then they spend the winter in one of our heated barns. I don't think they are all that much trouble to care for. And they sure are neat to look at.

Warthogs are very incredible. They are bringing about 15,000 each or 22,500 for a pair. As far as I know there are only six pairs in private hands. All of which originated from an importation Disneys animal Kingdom did a while back. I am currently on the waiting list for a pair from our friends who ...

One of our friends who has a park in Arkansas has an adult Hippo Bull. There are no more regulations or requirements on them than any thing else they raise.

Nilgai bulls are known by many people who raises them as gutters. They will take there short horns and gut other animals. They are a very nasty animal to deal with in my experience. Bottle raised or not Nilgai bulls are still very dangerous.
