Oh. It's ok. No hard feelings. I didn't realize you wre joking though. I don't think a fox will turn on you and even if they do ,they only grow about the size of a housecat, unless we're talking about the European reds which seem to be alot larger than the red foxes we have in North America.

Welcome to the forum.

Sorry but I'm a little late reading this post and i see everyones already said mostly everything that i could say.
Like about the high contents (98%) being dangerous. They're not at all.

(Definately do not need to be in a apartment though) as they would destroy it. Its an animal that needs a certain type of enclosure. I either missed or you didnt say which state you lived in. But the arctics do not have to be in cold places. Alot of my males (Loki) relatives are arctic's that live in Florida at St. Augusting wild reserve and Seacrest wolf preserve.
