Very fox experienced home looking for fennec foxes and also pearl or champagne silver foxes.

Good enclosures, lots of enrichment and high level of care ready and waiting.

Saw it mentioned that Dave Charlton in Rochdale had fennecs before but I googled him and seems he's a pet store so you'd be getting a brokered fennec rather than direct from a breeder.

Dave did have fennecs of his own but has pretty much sold up in the last year after an accident.
There seems to be next to no fennecs in the UK at all :(

I'm not sure she does anymore Pat. I occasionally speak to her on Facebook and to my knowledge she is not breeding. I know she bred some corsacs and possibly some fennecs but I don't believe she bred reds.
It's a shame as she's the sort of ethical keeper I'd be willing to buy from.

I've looked extensively into importing and whilst it's certainly possible, it's basically completely unfeasible. The cost of 6 months quarantine and £40-50 PER DAY as well as all the paperwork and legal gumph that requires paying for puts it far beyond my financial grasp. Which is gutting tbh as I'd do anything to bring in some new blood.
I've been studying lineage of my own foxes, one friends and then looking into it further. The UK silver fox gene pool is painfully limited. I can trace most people's foxes back to a handful of related animals from some breedings in early in the 2000's.
We NEED new blood. But I just can't afford to do it.
