Selene and Loki got a couple new toys. A jolly ball with a rope threw it and a jolly teaser ball. The teaser ball was a pretty good hit. They tried they're hardest to try and figure out how to get the small ball out of the middle. They stuck they're noses in, caught Selene jumping up and down on it, and Loki put it on the cabin and on they're spool and would push it off to see if the fall would break it.

The 3rd to last picture is gorgeous. And lol about the shampoo. It's a cheap form of wolfy enrichment. ;)

My wife and I are from Chesapeake, Virginia. I wish we had met you before the Army took me away from that part of the country. Your family is very beautiful.
Wife and I eventually want to start a Rescue for wolfdogs once we have around 20 acres, and work our way to being able to breed responsibly once we have our Veterinary degrees.

My wife and i are dreaming/wanting to get our veterinary degrees and start a rescue out in rural chesapeake or thereabouts. Since virginia is good for small businesses we should be able to get off the ground by running our own clinic and then opening a rescue afterwards.

That'd be great. The vet that is closest to me now i actually dislike. He doesnt like wolfdogs and makes it known, I have to do a lot of biting my tongue when I'm in there. I normally cross the NC line and go to the Moyock vet for any scheduled appointments because I like them. But in emergencies I just go to the closer one beings its only 2 mins down the road and doesnt take as long to get to. Would be nice having a closer vet that liked them and exotics.

Mhhmmm I love exotics and my wife does too, she squeals like a happy kid everytime she sees a small one like a hedgehog or a fox. We also plan on being able to make house calls whenever necessary or feasible something I have noticed alot of Vets dont do. It just seems like it would be easier to treat an animal that is comfortable in its own territory than in an uncomfortable, unfamiliar environment.
