Yep thats exactly why. A true f1 98% you are not going to be able to tell the difference in them at all.

Someone claims to have done it. Mini-wolfdogs
http://www.puppiessale.org/Mini-Eskimo- ... 1_DCL.aspx
Might not be legit though.

The main drawback would be that people would think they are safer just because smaller, which would only be partly true as they'd have the same attitude and be stronger for their size than a pure dog that size but would still be safer than normal wolf dogs due to being smaller.

I missed that, kind of skimmed over it. If for real then that wouldn't be good for kids. Still the idea of mixing a toy breed with a wolf or wolf dog for mini-wolfdogs is kinda cool.

I've seen Sheppard and rotties crossed with chihuahua's before so it's possible. Just takes a determined male chihuahua and a willing female.

Doesn't it just say that they look like wolves though? I thought it said they're crosses between an american eskimo dog and a husky.

No they are a mix and the hybrid parents are those breeds.

Super cute and little Miniature Sized HUSKY with WOLF male puppies. Real wolf and Siberian Husky lineage in a smaller size.

Mom is approximately 20 pounds Mini Eskimo Wolf and dad is White Timberwolf/Husky.

Oh ok. I was confused because I thought they meant they are part American Eskimo dog since it said
Eskimo dog and they are small and american eskimo dogs are small.

Yeah they didn't write it veyr clear it says mom is an Eskimo wolf(I think they meant Eskimo-dog/wolf) and dad is timber-wolf/husky.

Because I said that people can choose between somewhat wolfy-looking dogs like huskis and malamutes as well, not just actual wolfdogs. Anyway, my post is too old to edit now. I don't have that option anymore.
