People have kept stoats/ermine/short-tailed weasels but I don't know of anyone breeding them.

Stoats are beautiful, it would be really cool to find a breeder. I think most breeders, however, try to breed them as fur animals, and they are said to be very poor fur farm animals because they are aggressive towards one another and often towards people. However, a few people have successfully bred them.

If you find out anymore information, I'd love to know. I'm trying to collect information on the captive breeding of exotic pets.
