Shows evidence to support their being moved to vulpes instead of being their own thing of zerda.

Variable tandem repeats, 50-ACACACGT-30 and 50-ACACGT-30, were determined in repetitive sequence region(position: 16,106–16,433). The former (50-ACACACGT-30) was also found in the red fox mitochondrial genome sequence
(Yu et al., 2012; Zhang et al., 2013b).
