Thanks for posting that. Makes me feel better. That was such a horrible situation all around.

I cannot imagine the stress those animals have endured being sedated and transported over and over, subject
to strange environs. Hopefully the owner will contact an attorney to pursue legal action, damage has been done
here.

I get so sick of some of these stupid government officials. I am not counting on this guy getting his animals back,
if he does, it might be awhile.(I hope I am wrong)

I have seen court cases similar to this, and for some reason, the judge is ignored.
I don't understand how they get away with "stealing" animals.

the way see incidents like this, is it is animal abuse by the state,

there are people that have spent thousands of dollars, only to lose icon-sad

one case I know of that the owners got their squirrel back. it took about 2 or more years and thousands of dollars to get him back.

They're stonewalling and stalling as much as possible, citing all sorts of stupid reasons to not give him his animals back.

The state has no business separating people from animals that they've had for decades.

Doesn't surprise me that they're dragging their feet on this. But that man BETTER get his animals back.

I'm out of touch, this is the first I've heard of it. This BS will continue until enough people sue and cost the state enough embarrassment and money that its not worth it. They should be arrested for unlawful kidnapping of the animals. Like they are worried about the welfare of the animals, remind me again how many of the dud that supposedly killed himself's animals were killed AFTER being "rescued".
