That is just so cute! I was wondering why they put the ladder in, and then all of a sudden three little heads started poking out and I couldn't believe it. Those people were so kind to help those little ones out! And I'm sure momma bear was grateful.

Is it rare for bears to have three cubs? I thought they usually only had 1 or 2, but I don't know much about bears.

Ash,

when I first watched that video, I wondered the same thing you did.
guess the cubs went dumpster diving and couldn't get out. so glad those people helped them.

an average for cubs is 2-3. benny was born with 2 other cubs.
not sure about sybil, didn't talk with her breeder.

programs I have seen about bears in the wild, there was usually 2 or 3 cubs.

I agree. I was impressed to see the momma not roaming too far from her babies.

she had her eyes on them the whole time. now, if some parents would learn the proper care of their kids from animals.
so many times, I see kids running running thru the store, no parents to be found
