Sun Bears

Postby ippyriddle » Mon Oct 18, 2010 5:11 pm

I didn't see any immediate topic in the BEARS category so I decided to make one. I've heard of sun bears and seen pictures but I never realized how small they are (about 4ft tall and only weighing around 100lbs) wouldn't they be more realistic pets than big grizzilies? I'm sorry I do not know in detail about bears :(

I just found them really interesting and wanted to know if anyone on here owned one? (not b/c I want one) They might be endangered >.> i didn't look that up.

I don't know much about sun bears either.

thought I read somewhere they are not very docile, also, they are not in the united states that I know of.

if I get time, I will try and research them.
unless someone knows more about them here..
