Hey all, just wanted to have a little thread about the cats that have been through so much and managed to pull through with sterling results!
My tabby cat Hoppi was rescued off of a First Nation reserve, where she was at a fifth of her healthy body weight /and/ incredibly pregnant. We took her home while the SPCA shelter tried to make room for her at the local shelter. She gave birth two days later with complications, all kittens survived, a litter of 6 beautiful tabby/Siamese cats, but she was unable to use her left back leg. After the SPCA cleared her health we adopted her and she has been my cat ever since :)
