My geese and chickens kill for watermelon, but generally like all kinds of fruit and vegies.
If I don't have any shell grit I smash up egg shells and put it in the oven for a bit and use it instead. (apparently chickens won't peck at their eggs if you do that)
My chicken ate their egg shells before, without putting them in the oven, and don't peck at their eggs, but I've heard it happen

watermellon, good idea, will try that.
we get that by the bulk for the bears.

crushed egg shells is a good idea.
will try that too.

some chickens will pick at their eggs, but, not many or often.

Grapes
Pumpkin seeds (not salted!)
cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew melon
bananas
shelled sunflower seeds (never salted! Birds cannot have salt)
blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
apples
any greens like kale, spinach
oats (steel cut)
They can also have yogurt (plain!), and you can cook the oatmeal, it's a little better for them when it is cooked.
Raisins

I also sprinkle garlic powder on my birds themselves and over their food every now and then, to help deter bugs.
