Wow good luck. Where and when did you get him? They can not cross state lines. So you will have to find someone in your state. If you got him recently go back the the Source. If you got him out of state then don't answer my question ;)

Postby lostcreekfarm » Mon May 25, 2009 9:08 am

We got Rowdy in state but the original owner only had 7. Hopefully we can find him some company down the road soon.
Take a look at the pic. I hope to post a new one with his new cage soon!
www.lostcreekfarm.org I think his pix are under "our animals."
Thanks,
Carla

He seems to have a shorter nose than my friends lemurs. Is that because he's young?

Good luck on your search.

Are lemurs really nasty? I have a friend who's super interested in them, and I've heard they can be feisty, even a bit mean.

BTW, love your pics of Rowdy! His eyes are soooo pretty! :bear

Oh I'd imagine so.

Some people have said the females are really mean.

Do they all purr, too? I saw a video of one on youtube and he was purring.

Rowdy's nice...

Our Lemur is very friendly. Not that he can be held but he is very gentle. You can feed him very small grapes and he takes them so carefully out of your fingers. I am not scared to get into the pen with him. Now if there was a girl in the picture the story would probably be different.

Isn't Livingston Exotics advertising a Lemur (in the Classified section)?

Just go to the classified section in Miscellaneous, all the contact details are on the bottom of Livingston Exotics text. I'm pretty sure it is the newest(latest) post there.
