Your tank is beautiful. I had a huge Oranda years ago, one of the best fish I ever owned. Kinda like your orange one in there. I love your setup! What kind of substrate do you use?

Hello, thanks for your comments. I am using Tahitian moon sand, which is more of a fine gravel that looks like sand, but doesn't kick up like sand. If that makes sense. Unlike sand, the waste mostly sits on top of it, where it can be removed with water changes.

Beautiful tank. Which filtration system do you use? And are those plants real? If yes what is the name of the red one?
