Another injured fox with terrible mange admitted at our hospital. But there was something very different about this little patient. Despite being fully grown it clearly had a form of dwarfism . It is an extremely rare condition, wild animals with deformities don't normally survive yet somehow this chap had made it through his first year.

Wow. They're cute. Although I'm sure it comes with a large array of health problems. It's impressive it's wild though.

Omg. It's so adorable. I hope they send it to a sanctuary though and don't release it back into the wild. It'll probably die in the wild. I didn't know foxes could be tiny like that. It almost looks like the fox version of a dachshund.

I had checked through the comments before and they kept dodging questions about it so I assume they did release it but I agree he should have been taken into permanent care somewhere. He was already finding the wild life too hard since he wound up there.
