It's not an exotic, but it is unusual: a rabbit (the one that jumps more than one meter high to bite my hand). My father once was bitten in the head by a rabbit *lol*.

When I was a little child, I was bitten in the finger by a hungry trout.

A very fat ground squirrel. I was feeding it (at the time I didn't know it was illegal: I was pretty young then too) and my fingers got in the way of the delicious treat. Oops!
Foxes love gingerbread men, cheese, and Tom Thumbs, if fairy tales can be believed.

I was bitten on the pant leg by a tiger cub at the petting area of a drive-thru safari. He was huge and wanted to take me with him I think. Lol. I was bitten a little harder than playfully by my male arctic fox when I filled in a hole he'd dug. My dad was bitten by a ladybug!

A Richardson Ground Squirrel bit my ex boyfriend on each nipple....LMAO!!! I bought her at Mt.Hope, hoping she was tame, and we were trying to tame her...BIG MISTAKE!
I don't know which is most unusual but personally I've been bitten by one of my siberian chipmunks, one of my short tailed opossums, an emu, and a chicken (not to mention other less unusual things)....

EEEEEWWWWW! I think being bit by a human older than ten is the most unusual!! OMG, I would have been scarred for life if an old person bit me!!!
