Pua's getting her new man

Postby TamanduaGirl » Mon Oct 05, 2009 7:16 pm

He's going to be sent Thursday

Kamena Tupi for Bushman (kaa=bush) (mena=male animal which sounded better than the word for male human).

Kamena

Feeling a little defensive at first but that's understandable

An importer in Florida got him imported from Guyana. He doesn't advertise and "doesn't deal with the public" But I have my USDA and know some people he knows so contacted him once I had funds but we had to wait for the legal stuff to clear to get him imported.

When I first heard he had him Pua got up and played with me but now she just keeps peeing her blankets in the washer. I showed her his photo and she sniffed it. She's reserving judgment till she can smell him but apparently doesn't want to share her washer.

I hope you are getting another sent for free or get your money back. I had a sandcat imported but she developed her disease a couple months after I got her and I was out $5000 as well as very sad and alot of hopes crushed. Too bad, been so anxious to see pua get a new man.

Yes he said when I first let him know he was ill he would refund till he finds me another one if he didn't make it. I haven't dealt with that yet though. He just needed a photo of the body for his supplier as he get a partial refund from them if something happens in a reasonable length of time. That would normally help ensure they send healthy animals but there's so much that can be missed in just a quick health check at the vets.

I'm so sorry. This is terrible going from really excited to such a tragedy. As terrible as it sounds, I hope you get it all sorted out and find the right healthy male.
