Zoos with Aardwolves?

Postby Ash » Thu Feb 10, 2011 1:41 am

I've been searching for zoos that have aardwolves. The only ones I have found so far (in America) are the San Antonio Texas zoo and I think Disney's animal kingdom. I'm really wanting to see if I could visit these zoos and possibly intern. Does anybody know any others?

If you feel like coming to the UK on vacation most of our zoos have them.
I have some photos somewhere. . . Shall try to find them for you, may still be on my old camera.

Thanks, that would be great!

I did noticed that there were at least three zoos with aardwolves in the UK. I also read on the USDA's website somewhere (can't remember where) that there were only thirty-seven aardwolves in public zoos in the US. I haven't been able to find out which zoos though. I'll probably call up some zoos and just ask. Or maybe I'll have to take a plane to Europe!
