freeze skimmed milk for treats?

Postby Vata Raven » Tue Jun 20, 2017 3:40 pm

I was planning on getting a goat or cow for the cream.

Would frozen skim milk be a good treat (something along the frozen blood), or is it a bad idea because of how high-carb milk can be?

Depends how much cream I get, freezing the cream sounds like a better choice.

Don't have an animal yet (maybe 2018, but I doubt it because of school), just curious about the idea now.

I know if I got a pig, I would feed that the skimmed milk; heard that's a common thing to do.

Thanks for the input.
