Law Summery: Dangerous wild animals include big cats, some smaller exotic cats, bears, elephants, hyenas, gray wolves, alligators, crocodiles and nonhuman primates other than lemurs. Except as provided, no person shall acquire, buy, sell, trade, or transfer possession or ownership of a dangerous wild animal on or after the effective date of this section ... ted-snakes

note: $25 a year "Noncommercial propagating license" for a "fur-bearing animal" like the fox "to hold the animals in captivity."

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person at any time to possess, import or sell live individuals of the species or their hybrids designated as injurious aquatic invasive species and posted on the Ohio division of wildlife website
