Hyzzie

Seems she doesn't have a thread here. Poor baby.

They seem to have stopped making her favorite kibble. She actually eats that over the taste of wild I got but Beaker does like that so he eats it so they now have two bowls. I finally found a site that has it still or claimed to. I ordered a 17 pound bag. Shipping was more than the bag. Maybe I should have gotten her the 35 pound but that should last her a long time. She just snacks but has been eating more lately. She munches on it while I prepare her homemade meal or after if she's not satisfied. $42 and some change for a 17 pound bag of food. Would just be so hard to find another kibble she actually likes that is also good for her.

Aaw, she's cute! I always saw her picture in your signature, but never saw too many pictures of her. I love the one where you're going to kiss her and she just puts a paw up to your lips, lol. She's a very pretty-looking dog. What was she again? A chihuahua and Chinese-crested cross? I don't remember exactly, but I think you've mentioned it before. I like the patch of white on her chest!

Thank you. She's half mini pin and half chihuahua. (quasi was the one that was half crested). Her crazy side comes from the mini pin.

Thank you. Yeah she's a little wild thing and loving too. She gives the best "puppy hugs" where she presses her forehead tight against me wagging her tail.

Oh I forgot one of Hyzzie's loves, Grass Sledding.

And obviously she's a foodie ;) but she has lost a pound since last October which is like a human losing 10 I think. Oh if I tell her I'm going the weigh her she'll run to the other room to hide, lol.

When I first got Pua Hyzzie thought she was a puppy. She got very worried when her "puppy" started climbing the walls. They are both pretty indifferent to each other now.

So they actually were out of all but 4 of the 8 pound bags because it has been discontinued :( poor Hyzzie. They are letting me have two of those at the same price so less hassle for both of us. They take a little loss price wise and I get a bit less food. So the place I found it was http://www.animalworldnetwork.com/ so obviously a good company to work with. I was tempted to ask to buy all 4 but I guess it's inevitable that we will need to try and find her a new food.

Edit: Oh I am getting all 4 bags. That should keep her happy awhile.

Made her boiled chicken with wheat bran and a bit of cheese tonight. She loved it, yay.

Hyzzie does not do well with the heat so we got her a cooling jacket. At first she did not understand the concept and protested having a coat on when it was hot but now she likes it a lot and if it's hot wont move till I put it on her.

14+ we got her in 2001 and guessed her to be 8 months to a year old. so it's been easy for me to remember that she's the same age as the year it is :)
