Bursitis

Postby TamanduaGirl » Wed Dec 07, 2016 4:10 pm

What aggravated me today: Finding out bursitis is not really some obscure old lady disease but hip pain, really really bad hip pain.

Actually I used to get it in my shoulders too but didn't know the name for it, just it was awful pain and taking joint supplements made it stop. I hadn't been taking them lately because I was getting low. Guess I best just buy more and not do that again.

Also apparently it's partly from not being active enough as Beaker hasn't been wanting to go out for long walks in the rain and cold. But yesterday went out then once he pooped we ran home. The Bursa must have gotten pinched going around a curve or something with him though I didn't feel anything till later. Stretches are supposed to help tighten up the joint to help prevent injuries to that thing.
