my racccons

Postby pat » Wed Apr 19, 2017 11:16 am

finally got a few minutes to post some updated pictures of my raccoons.

george is the oldest he is 6 years old this year.

Carrie is an albino, her eyes are red, however, the flash don't show her red eyes.
All three are happy, and get along great with each other. they play with the dogs also.
All three are great raccoons.

Jerry figured out the yuppie puppy machine very quick. the other two have not, carrie tries, but, can't seem to understand, so she depends on jerry to leave her some food.

my raccoons also have their own room, and access to their outdoor enclosure. they get along great with my two foxes I have left..
(R.I.P Daryl, my oldest fox died Jan 2 2017 icon-sad, he would have been 13 this year)

Thank you for FINALLY posting some new pics! George looks so happy. I'm so glad for him to have friends of his own kind again! I'm sure it'll extend his life by years, having them around.

Jerry looks like trouble. Carrie really turned out pretty. I have to admit that I thought she wasn't a very attractive baby, but she's blossomed into a beautiful adult.

Thanks for sharing the pics, Pat!! Next up, new pics of Sybil, please!! :icon-wink:

Jerry is actually a good guy. He don't get into much trouble.
when I let them in the house, they eat a bit, walk around, then jerry naps in a cupboard, and carrie climbs up on top of my tall dresser
where I have a carrier for her, she will stay there all day. as does jerry in the cupboard.

glad you like the pictures. maybe later, I will get videos.
I need to work on my notary project today. I hope to hell I get it finished once and for all.

Its so good to see pictures of your crew!
Carrie IS a pretty lady.
Its awesome to see George with a coonie squad. I'm sure there were times (when they were younger) that they irritated the crap out of him, but he looks really pleased to be apart of a gaze again.

I have some pictures when my two new ones were young playing with george.

Look at that beautiful boy, he looks so much like Charb. How have the foxes been with them? I'm so glad George is getting exercise
and hanging out with his buddies!

might be cause he was lonely and desperate for a raccoon.s buddy.

I had a rescue a few years ago, george took to him very quick. sadly, he passed away after the vet neutered him icon-sad
I was so darn upset over it.

good reason, Charb and Jerry are brothers

Jerry is very friendly, he has never bit me, he licks my hand when I take him out of the cupboard. apparently, Charb and Jerry come from a good stock.
meant to tel to you the 3rd raccoon (Rocket)is excellent too. been meaning to send you some pictured of him too.
Rocket has learned to do a bunch of tricks.

carrie don't bite, but, she don't seem to like to be handled much

The foxes don't bother them. they are use to raccoons. which is a good thing.

I've been looking for a yuppy puppy like yours but it looks like they've been discontinued. icon-sad
Everywhere I've seen them online it says currently unavailable. I found another that looks kind of like a slot machine: https://www.chewy.com/outward-hound-luc ... lsrc=aw.ds
but this one has button-press action instead of a lever. Really wish I had purchased one the first time you posted pics of yours!
I was considering trolling ebay and just bleaching the crap out of one I could get second-hand... until I found one... $97 because they're now hard to find!
