Corso - 0 Me - 1

Postby Ana » Thu Aug 03, 2017 1:48 am

A certain raccoon has developed an affinity for a certain spot on my living room wall.
It's the plaster, or the spackle, who knows with him. After trying to repair the holes
half a dozen times, with the holes getting a little bigger every morning, I got the idea
to make something to cover it up. So far, he seems not to notice. Fingers and toes
crossed, it'll stay that way!!!

sometimes once they start digging they will continue, maybe to see whats on the other side

love the pictures as usual. which cat is that?

where did you get the blanket that says coon xing? so adorable. you always find such unique stuff.

I have a bunch of signs for different animals I have or had, but, never got a chance to hang them.
since my hallway walls are bare, maybe I will put them there. but, would like to find one for coon crossing.
I could put them in my room, but, the walls I have is hard to hang stuff.

That's Stasi! She hasn't lost any weight through her ordeal, and is enjoying her summer. :)

Blanket? I used a stencil for the lettering and then did a sketch on an piece of wood leftover
from the kitchen floor project. Remember the sign I made you for Sybil's Den? It's the same
as that!

for some reason Stasi looked a little different from the last time I seen a picture of her. maybe it is more close up.
but, she is beautiful.

the first pictures looked like a blanket, but, guess it is not. you are so talented with craft stuff.
I still have the one you made for me, but, didn't hang it yet, I think it needs some type of hardware on the back to hang it
I am not good with stuff like that. I think I might have something that will work to hang it, just have to find it and figure out how to put it on.

right now I am overwhelmed with so much other stuff I need to do first.

You should consider making a list, in order of priority, of stuff that needs accomplished.
It can really help to have it on paper, in a conspicuous place! I do this almost every
weekend, otherwise the frigging house falls apart.

Hoping to be there tomorrow after the car gets out of the shop. If you can make a little list of priority
stuff, that'd be great, cause right now all he knows to do is move the stuff in your coon room and install the swing - he can definitely do more. USE HIM!!

Pat, you wondered where you could get "Raccoon Crossing" signs? Amazon has tons of them. That's where I got mine. The first link is to all their raccoon crossing signs, the 2nd link is the sign I got.

Ana, as always, great job on executing a solution for a problem (the wall digging) and doing it in style! :icon-wink:
