I just printed this out and read through it....wow. Thank you for posting this. The collective information within is a must have on the shelf! I put it in a binder with everything else Procyonidae I have collected. building up my rehabbing manuals and references. :D

My precious Pandora has an eye that is closing. I'm thinking she just got something in it today. Can I use drops? Something isn't right. She is a one year old raccoon.

You can use terramycin It's an antibiotic eye cream. I've always gotten it from the vet.

If it's just getting a piece of hay or something in the eye, maybe a saline eye wash? It's
a world war around here to get an ear cleaned out, or a few nails trimmed, I can't imagine
asking them to sit still for eye wash. Maybe sneak up with a cotton swab of saline?
