Re: raccoon teething
Try this: Whatever the file extension is (example: yourfilename.___), you'll need to change to yourfilename.jpg. You can do this by opening your photo in whatever photo software you use, then doing a "save as" a jpg. or you can also right click on the file in your file explorer, select "rename file", name it yourfilename.jpg and hit 'enter'.

No luck. OMG, I am frustrated. I have the image on my desktop and in my e-mail.
Re: raccoon teething
I use Picasa and it will not open with that

Re: raccoon teething
The extension would be what's after the file name file.jpg or file.gif
jpg is most common and should be accepted.

Re: raccoon teething
It sounds like the phone saved it in some unusual format just for the phone. Does the phone have any software to open and change it. I don't really know much about smartphones.
Re: raccoon teething
I do not think so. I am new to it too.

Re: raccoon teething
Okay. .jpeg is basically the same as jpg but maybe the board isn't set up for .jpeg as it's not common. Not sure if I can do anything about that but will check.
Re: raccoon teething
Wish I could just e-mail it to someone. Or copy and paste. Lord I feel stupid!!!

No, can't change it. Can't even see a list of what's allowed or not. But if your photo program wont even open it maybe it's corrupt or something. Any photo program should be able to open .jpeg.

Re: raccoon teething
You should be able to email a photo from your phone. Can you email it to yourself and check it on the computer and see if that works any better. You could email to me info@livingwithanteaters.com and I'll see if it works for me.

I sent it to you

Re: raccoon teething
Well seemed to be something wrong with it but My photo program managed to open it after an error so I exported it as a fresh file so this should work.
Unfortunately it's super tiny.
Can't see it well at all due to the size :( Enlarging it didn't help as it just got pixelated. It does kinda seem like tumor to me but it's so small it's hard to say.

Re: raccoon teething
Yes, if you have a larger photo that would help.
